Definition of Democracy by Scholars | Democracy often means freedom. Democracy also mean different opinions. So many democratic sense often makes people wrong implementation. Thus, what is democracy? The term is derived from the Ancient Greek democracy expressed in ancient Athens in the 5th century BC. The state is usually considered as an early example of a legal system associated with modern democracy.

Samuel Huntington stated political system as a democratic collective decision-makers so far the most powerful in the system was chosen through elections fair, honest, and all adults have the same right to vote.
